Sift flour, baking powder and yeast

Beat sugar, eggs, oil and essence until fluffy

Add flour mixture alternating with milk ensure you end with flour for best results

Pour in your cupcake cases by use of ice cream scoop ensure its 3/4 full to avoid over flow

Bake for 25-30 mins
