Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2 cupsOgbono
  2. Salt
  3. 2cooking spoon Red oil
  4. leavesUziza
  5. 2Okpei
  6. 2 cubesKnorr
  7. 1/2 kgPomo
  8. 2Dry fish
  9. 2cooking spoon Crayfish
  10. 4 piecesFresh pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the pomo and dry fish(debone) for 10minutes with onion,knorr cubes and salt.

  2. 2

    Blend the ogbono with okpei to be very smooth.

  3. 3

    Bleach the red oil for 3minutes,pour the ogbono and okpei and stir it will dissolve as you stir.

  4. 4

    Pour in the pomo and dry fish with 2 cups of water don't cover leave it to boil very well.

  5. 5

    Blend the crayfish and fresh pepper and add,add salt and knorr cubes.

  6. 6

    Slice the scent leaves and add it after 10minutes.
