Steps

Cut the bread slices.

Heat oil + ghee in a pan.

Deep fry bread slices.

Now in saucepan heat sugar + water,boil for 5mins.

Now add sugar syrup to the fried bread slices and leave it to cool.

Top with malai and garnish with chopped dry fruits and silver wargh.

Served chilled.. Enjoy..!!!
