  • 200 mlwater
  • 100 mlsoy sauce
  • 100 mlcooking sake or white wine
  • 120 gsugar
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 20 gginger
  • 1green onion

Steps

    Coil a thread up pork belly neatly
