I love this recipe because it's colorful and delicious.

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and season with salt and soy sauce. If you like, you can also add pepper.

Add a small amount of oil to a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken.

Slice the tomato, bell pepper, onion, and carrot into thin strips and add them to the skillet.

Stir and cover the skillet to let the vegetables steam over medium heat.

After about 5 minutes, add the cauliflower and broccoli. Stir again, cover, and adjust salt as needed.
