Preparation of Rasgullas.Take one litre of milk..in vessel.. bring it to boil.Add 2tbsp of vinegar..Milk will curdle.

Strain this mixture

Remove in plate..add 1tsp of sugar..mash with palm..till smooth dough is form.Make small balls from it.

In big vessel..add sugar and water.. bring it to boil..add prepared chenna balls.Cover for 15mins..They will puff up..Off the flame.add 1cup of water.Keep in fridge to cool.

PREPARATION of Paan juice for FLAVOURING.

Wash and pat dry Kolkata paans.Cut into small pieces.To.Grind in mixer.

Add little of sugar syrup from soak rasgullas.Grind it.Repeat 3-4times by adding little Syrup at a time.

Strain this Paan juice.

Pour this prepared paan juice on soaked rasgullas.

Soak these Paan juice Soaked Rasgullas for atleast 4-6hours..so the rasgullas as fully Flavoured.Keep Refrigerated.

To Prepare KOLKATA PAAN FLAVOUR RASGULLAS

Cut the Kolkata paan into half

Cut all remaining Kolkati paans.. similarly.

Now from one part..fold in cone shape.

Place cool soft kolkatta paan flavour rasgulla.Seal with clove as shown.

Prepare all remaining KOLKATA PAAN FLAVOURED RASGULLAS IN SIMILAR MANNER.
