Heat the pan add 2 cup water the boil it add 1 tsp salt, soya chunks, vinegar 1 tsp boli for 3-4 min then strain it

Then marinate with curd take one bowl add boil soya chunks,1/2 tsp red chilli powder and curd mix it well for 10 min

Heat the pan add 1 tsp oil then add chopped,tomato, sabut red chilli, garlic and onion fry until golden brown and soft

After that cool down the mixture then make smooth paste

U can make spicy gravy with add of green chilli in mixture for smooth paste

Then again same pan add 1 tbsp oil add cumin seed,2 green cardoman and 3-4 cloves after crackle of cumin seed add paste then add all the dry Masala saute till gravy separate from oil then add marinate soya and salt cook for 3-4 min in medium flame

Then add 2 cup of water cook for 5-6 min cover the lid

After that garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves

You can made without marinate 1 potato chopped with boil soya in gravy then after that all procedure is same
