1 cupwater
1 cupmawa
1/2 tspCardamom par Ghee for frying 1
1 cupsugar

Chashni,,make chashni of 1 string

Jalebi betar,,maida and water mix together,in thic paste,ke,give rest for an hour

Mix mawa in maida bater,and beat make soft
4

Take bater in a cloth and,make hole in cloth make jalebi in a pan. With ghee

Soak in sugar syrup
