Shahi Tukda

Steps

Cut bread into whatever shape we like.

Heat ghee in a pan and put the bread pieces in it. Fry till golden brown. Keep aside.

Once bread is fried, place them in a plate.

Blend cashews and almonds to small pieces and fry them in the ghee. Keep aside.

Boil milk in a thick bottomed pan. Add saffron, elachi and unsweetened khoya.

As the milk mixture starts thickening, add fried cashews and almonds and Sugar. Mix well and let it cool a little.

Now, dip the fried bread pieces in this rabdi, take out and arrange them in a plate.

Sprinkle fried cashew and almonds and it's ready to serve

Shahi Tukda is ready. Can be served hot or cold.
