Take a cooker pour ghee in it and add cardamom and daliya or wheat granules and cook it until it gets brown. After that pour 2-3 glasses of water and stir well. Now add sugar and salt and lock the cooker. Take a whistle and then cook it on slow flame for 10-15 minutes. Healthy yummy Daliya is ready to eat. Garnish it with some chopped dry fruits
