Steps

In a pan take 1/2 tbsp of ghee and heat it.Fry nuts in it and keep aside.

In a same pan add rest of ghee and add vermicelli fry on medium flame stirring constantly till golden brown for3-4 minutes.

Pour water into the pan stir and bring it to boil.

Lower the heat cover the pan and let it cook till softened.

Add Sugar, cardamom powder and fried dry fruits stir well.

When it comes to semi dry consistency off the flame.

Add cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits.Heat off. Garnish with rabri serve hot or chilled.

(For Rabri) : Take a pan heat milk cook for 6-7 minutes add milk powder, sugar and saffron cook for 15-18minutes.

When milk is thickens heat off.

Instant Rabri ready.
