First soak urad dal and rice overnight for 6-8hours.

In the morning soak poha in water and fenugreek also in some water for about 5-7 minutes

Drain the water and grind the urad dal with fenugreek seeds with some water to get smooth batter.

Drain the water from poha and grind it with rice with some water to get smooth batter.

Now keep them for fermenting for 8-10 hours

In the meantime boil palak corn and carrot.

Make carrot mash, corn mash and palaj mash by grinding them in the grinder separately.

Now after 8 hours of fermatatiin our idlli batter is ready.

Divide in three parts after adding salt to it.

Add palak, corn and carrot mash in the three parts respectively.

Grease the Idli maker and add the three batter according to number of idling u want of palak, carrot and corn.

Microwave for 12-15 minutes.

Take them out of the idling maker and arrange them on the serving plate.

Make their eyes with laung(which can be removed later)and smile with tomato slice.

Arrange kheere and tomato slices on the corners of the serving tray and serve and see the smiley faces of kids with veg smiley idli's.
