Ingredients

  1. 2 kgmangoes
  2. 3 tspkalonji
  3. 1 tspblack salt
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 500 grams sugar
  7. 2 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add sugar and a cup of water and make sugar syrup.

  2. 2

    On another pan add 2 tsp oil add cook mango pieces till soft.

  3. 3

    Add salt, black salt, kalounji and red chilli powder and mix well.

  4. 4

    Then add sugar syrup.

  5. 5

    Mix well.Now it's ready to serve
