Steps

Trim the sides of bread and discard the sides.

In a bowl beat the curd very well and add sugar and salt in it

Then dip bread in water and squeeze extra water.

Then flatten the bread and stuff mix chopped fruits in the center and cover it properly from all side. Give it a ball shape. repeat the process for every bread.

In a serving plate arrange bread ball then put curd over to cover the balls. Then drop some green chutney and tamarind chutney according to your taste.

Then sprinkle red chilli powder and cumin powder.

In the end garnish with some more fruits and mint leaves.

You can also add some more fruits of ur choice.
