Yam porriage with vegetable,fried fish and boiled egg

Steps

Peel and slice the yam,rinse and pour in a clean pot,add onion,Fresh pepper,Curry,Red oil,crayfish,Salt and maggi cubes.

After 12 minutes turn with a wooden spartular and continue boiling after 10minutes turn again.

Slice the vegetable and pour in then turn very well and is ready.

Slice the fish,spice with curry,salt and onion fry in hot vegetable oil for 4 minutes..

Boil the egg allpw to col and peel to serve with it.
