Heat oil. Add zeera, bay leaves & let it splutter. Add the mutton stock, salt, garam masala powder & let it boil. Add the soaked rice. Mix well & cover the lid half

Cook until rice is done.

Deep fry the sliced onions until golden brown.

Garnish with fried onions & serve hot with salli ghost or mutton korma
