Rawa Kesar phirni

In a heavy bottom vessel bring the milk to boil. Heat constantly to avoid sticking in the bottom.

Dissolve kesar in 2-3 tbsp of warm milk.

In a kadhai heat ghee. Add Cinnamon stick, cloves, let it crackle for few seconds. Add the rawa & roast on medium flame until nutty aroma arrives.

Once the sooji is roasted add this to boiling milk & mix well. Add sugar & keep stirring to avoid lumps. Add elaichi powder, chopped dry fruits & dissolved kesar. Bring to boil for few minutes.

Garnish with saffron strands & Serve hot with chicken or alu parathas
