For sugar syrup, boil water and sugar together in a pan.
In a bowl, add some paneer, flour and baking powder and bind them well so that there are no cracks.
Give ras malai shapes to this mixture.
Put these gulkand - filled ras malai in boiling sugar syrup.
Now take some sweet paan and grind them well.
For rabdi: add milk and milkmaid in a pan and keep stirring.
Add paan mixture in this pan and let it boil.
