Steps

Take a bowl add boil potatoes and mash them

Add salt, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste in it and mix it very well.

Take a besan in small bowl add salt and water and mix the mixture.

Take a bread add potato mixture and cover with besan

Take a tava add 2 tsp oil and bread on tava on side of besan

When besan is properly cooked turn the second side until bread becomes brown.

Toast is ready serve on a plate and cut into halves,add 1 tsp green chutney and sweet chutney.
