Steps

Cleanly wash red rice.

Add sufficient water, close the lid and whistle of cooker.

Bring it 2 whistles in high flame, another 2 in low flame, it varies from cooker to cooker and the brand of rice, any how cook till smooth.

Let it cool.

Open the lid and take cooked rice 1 cup with some storch.

Add curd.

Add in salt.

Add a pinch of asafoetida.

Mash finely and mix well, serve immediately with bowl and spoon, or using your hand for health purpose.
