Ingredients

  • 2 cupsWheat flour
  • 1 cupGram flour
  • 2Onion chopped
  • 2-3Green chillies chopped
  • 2 tbspFresh coriander leaves
  • 2 tspKasturi methi leaves
  • 2 tspCarom seeds (ajwain)
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • As neededDried mango powder 1 tsp (optional)
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl add wheat flour, gram flour, onion, coriander, green chillies, mix all spices and mix it well.

  2. 2

    Then add water as required and make a soft dough. Then make a medium peda (dough) from it and flatten from roller as a chapati shape.

  3. 3

    Heat a Tawa and put chapati on it. Cook it from both sides. Put some oil on it. Remove it from Tawa.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with curd, butter and pickle.
