Wash the leaves and make pat dry...cut the stem...leave only the leaves

Take a bowl....add gram flour,red chilli powder,haldi,ginger garlic paste, jeera,ajwain and white til and salt as per taste

Add water... make the batter like we often make like idli batter....no lumps there

Take the leaves.....apply the batter on one side of the leaves
- 5
Now roll the leaves... Apply batter over it also....make all leaves roll

Take a steamer.....place these leaves over it and stem for 15 min

When cool down....take out the leaves....now cut it to 2 cm each part

Fry all the parts till golden brown.....your palak patra is ready....crunchy and tasty
