Ingredients

1/2chicken
2gloves garlic
1ginger
1/4 tsprosemary
1/4 tspthyme
1/2 tspgaram masala
1/2 tspcumin seeds
2 tbspyoghurt or mala
Salt and pinch of black pepper
2tblsp oil

Steps

Collect all the ingredients,cut chicken into portions,crush garlic & ginger.

Mix everything together, marinade the chicken and leave it in the fridge overnight.roast it the oven the following day, until it's well cooked both sides,serve with ugali or fries
