Prepare a mixture with cemolina and curd whisking constantly

Cover and rest for 20 mnts

Heat oil in a pan temper mustard seeds and slitted green chilli

Pour water and sugar and mix well and switch off the heat

Now take the cemolina batter add eno whisk well
- 6
Heat 2 cups of water and put a stand between the pan
- 7
Grease a bowl pour the batter and put on the stand

Cover and boil till it get cooked

Check if it is done switch off the flame and allow it to cool

Pour the water prepared over the dhokla and rest for some time
- 11
The cemolina dhokla is ready
