Ingredients

  1. 500 mlmilk
  2. 1 tbspcurd water
  3. 1 cupdry fruits
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. 2-3 stringsKesar

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk in a pan.when it become half put few drops of curd water and stir continuously.

  2. 2

    When consistancy of milk become thick add sugar and kesar,dry fruits. Boil it 2min.basundi is ready to serve
