Mash the chickpeas and sprouts nicely in blender.
Then add salt and red chilli powder, chopped onion, green coriander leaves, green chilli (optional) and besan. No potato is used in this recipe.

Make the cutlets by giving a round cutlet shape to the dough.

Shallow fried the cutlets on a non stick pan and serve with salad and any condiments of your choice!
