Ingredients

  • 1.5avocados, peeled and pits removed
  • 400 grams Thai coconut milk
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cuppure maple syrup
  • As neededFew chocolate chips

Steps

  1. 1

    In a food processor, combine the avocados, coconut milk,salt and cocoa powder.

  2. 2

    Puree until smooth.

  3. 3

    Pour the mixture in the maple syrup and mix untill incorporated.

  4. 4

    Transfer the mixture into a container and cover it tightly with a thin plastic cover and place it in the freezer.

  5. 5

    After two hours, remove it from the freezer and churn for about 10 minutes... Again place it in the freezer.

  6. 6

    After complete freezing, take the container out and serve. Decorate it with some chocolate chips before serving.
