Chop onions. Heat oil and cook onions until golden brown

Add in chopped potatoes

Add salt and paprika mix well

Cook potatoes until they turn golden brown

Add in the chopped red and yellow bell peppers cook for few minutes

Once bell peppers soften but still crunchy remove from heat and serve
