1 cupmoth(sprouts),soaked overnight and boiled
1/2 cuptomato finely chopped
1onion finely chopped
1-2green chillies chopped
1potato boiled chopped
1/2 cupcucumber,finely chopped
1/2 tspblack salt
1 tspchaat masala
1/4 tspred chilli powder
to tasteSalt
to tasteLemon juice
1 tbspcoriander leaves chopped

Take a bowl,add boiled sprouts,onions,chilli,lemon juice,salt,black salt,Red chilli powder and chaat masala.mix it well

Now add the potatoes,tomato and cucumber..mix well.garnish with coriander leaves
