I’ve just got back from a shoulders and back day at the gym.. so I’m needing fuel fast. This two egg frittata with zucchini shavings, dash of salt and cayenne chilli pepper is a perfect protein breakie for post gym, and on the go.. and now to enjoy 😊🥚🥚🥒🌶

I’ve just got back from a shoulders and back day at the gym.. so I’m needing fuel fast. This two egg frittata with zucchini shavings, dash of salt and cayenne chilli pepper is a perfect protein breakie for post gym, and on the go.. and now to enjoy 😊🥚🥚🥒🌶

Beat the eggs and add cayenne (according to taste buds) and a pinch of salt

Half a zucchini shaved in the frying pan with a dash of extra virgin - lightly browned
- 3
Poor egg mix into pan, until brown and flip of over if you can and there’s your two egg frittata - nice & easy and full of protein 💪🏽👌🏾
