1 piecehilsha fish with head
1/2brinjal sliced
1 tspnigella seed
2slitted green chillies
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt
As neededmustard oil

Heat oil and fry the fish marinate with salt and turmeric powder

Fry the fish from both sides and remove
3

Add nigella seed and green chillies
4

Saute brinjal with salt and turmeric powder
5

Add water and bring it to boil
6

Add fish and cover for a while
7

Serve it with plain rice
