I thought when we can make cakes using so many fruits so why not yummy litchee
Steps

First sieve maida plus baking powder and baking soda together.

In a bowl mix sugar oil and litchee juice.

Then mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients together.

Lastly add chopped litchee.
- 5
Pour in a greased baking dish.
- 6
Bake at 180degrees for 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted into cake comes clean.
