Peel the potato and mash it.

In a mixing bowl add poha sprinkling little water and rest it for 10 minuteNow poha become soft.

With the help of your finger mash it now add mash potato, carrot, onion, ginger garlic paste and all spices

Now add corn flour for binding, Mix it all together very well

Greess your palm and make a same same size ball.

Press it on rolling pin then with the help of cookies cutter, cut it in heart shaped

In a bowl add all purpose flour little salt and water mix it and make a slury. The cutlet Coat with bread crumbs and fridge it for 20 minute

After 20 minute Heat the Pan add oil when oil get hot dip fry cutlet, low medium Flem. Fry it golden brown crispy.

Serve it with sauce or chutney. Garnish it as your imagination I used little bit thin beet roots.
