Sabse pahle besan chaan kar ek bowl me daal le.usme dahi daal kar bitter se achi tarah mix kar le.

Ab usme salt,haldi powder,chilli powder daal kar ache tarah se mila le.

Is mixture me 4 cup water daal kar phir se mix karein.

Ek pan me 1/2 spoon oil daal kar garam karein.Ab isme mustard seeds daal kar chatka le.Hing,cut green chilli,crushed ginger daal le or besan + dahi ka jo mixture hamne banaya hai wo daal kar 10-15 minit show flame par pakaye.

(Kadhi banane ka ek secret hai..agar aap kadhi ko kadhai me daalte hi chala lete ho.to continue chalte raho.Agar daalte hi nahi chalaya ho to usko mat chalao.Last me chalao usko.)

Bhindi ko 1/2" tukdo me kaat le.Ek dusre pan me oil daal kar garam kar le.Bhindi ko daal kar tab tak stir fry karein jab tak uske lump na chale jaye

Kadhi banne ke baad isme bhindi daal kar green coriander leavs se garnish karein.Rice,phulke ke saath serve karein.
