  • 1 tbspPoppy seeds
  • 4Elaichi
  • 2 tspJeera
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tspSoaf
  • 1/2 tspDry coriander seeds

Steps

    Soak dry ingredients 4 to 5 hour

  2. 2

    Grind these soak ingredients in mixer

  3. 3

    Mix this mixture in milk

  4. 4

    Sieve this mixture

  5. 5

    Now add ice cubes

  6. 6

    Serve chilled thandai.
