Had heard of these on dieting sites and thought I would give it a go myself and make a different take on ham, egg and chips.

Had heard of these on dieting sites and thought I would give it a go myself and make a different take on ham, egg and chips.
Steps

Pre heat oven to 200°

Lightly grease a muffin tin and add the slices of ham to this over lapping making a muffin case/cup shape

Add the egg and sprinkle with seasoning of your choice. I used American BBQ.

Cook in the pre heated oven for 12-15 minutes for a runny yolk or longer if you prefer not runny. (Always ensure the egg is set)

Eat on their own or I add them to a plate of homemade chips giving you ham, egg and chips.
