Ingredients

  • 1 cupcold curd
  • 120 mlcold cream/Malai
  • 3 tbspRose Syrup
  • 4 tbsppowdered sugar
  • 4-5icecube
  • 1 tspSlivered Almonds, pistachios for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, whisk cream, curd and ice cubes well

  2. 2

    Add Rose Syrup and sugar. Whisk well

  3. 3

    Pour in serving glass, garnish with almonds, pistachios and few dried rose petals. Serve immediately
