Wash and peel carrots and dice in about 1/2 inch thick and 2 inch long pcs.

In a glass jar or bayam mix carrot cubes,salt chilli powder and coarsely grinded rai

Now add about one litre water and shake well with a spatula.

Cover with a thin cotton cloth n Keep in sun for 3_4 days for fermentation and your drink is ready. Salt and chilli can further be adjusted according to taste.

It is a fermented drink so beneficial to health also 👌👌.
