Wash thoroughly, and Peel the pineapples and cut in small sizes Wash and Peel the ginger also and break into small sizes as well

Put both in a blender, add water and blend till very smooth.

You can pour into a bowl and filter thoroughly...

The juice you get, chill it and enjoy with a slice of cucumber or lime.

You can also add cinnamon stick and some tablespoons of honey, ie if you have a sweet tooth..
