8-9 Amla candy
1/2 tspblack salt
1/2 tspchat masala
1/2 tspjeera(cumin) powder
to tasteSalt
1 glasscold water

First soak aamla candi for 2 hr

In grinder add soak aamla candies and water and grind this and Make a juice

Take one glass add juice, blacksalt, jeera powder, chat masala,salt

Aamla juice is redy to serve, it serve cold
