Ingredients

  • 1dal chapati
  • 1 bowlboiled chana dal
  • 1/2 bowlwheat flour
  • 1small onion
  • Salt as per taste
  • Coriander leaves few
  • 1 pinchAjwien
  • For sweet gulgules
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Little sauf
  • 3 tablespoonswheat flour
  • Oil for frying
  • Auram chaat
  • 200 gmauram half boiled
  • Oil for frying
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonAmchoor
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    For dalchappati - knead the dough adding all ingredients and make chapati of shape of ur kids choice

  2. 2

    For sweet gulgules - mix flour sugar and water and make a thick batter now keep a side for 30 mins then fry small balls on medium flame

  3. 3

    Dice the boiled auram and deep fry it now saute it in salt amchoor and red chilli

  4. 4

    Please put some colours of fruits in tiffin cherries are added by me

  5. 5

    Maida is completely avoided
