  • 1/2 litermilk
  • 1 cupmilkpowder
  • Pinchsaffron
  • Pinchcardamom powder
  • 2 tbssugar

  1. 1

    Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan.

  2. 2

    Add milkpowder & saffron in it.

  3. 3

    Then reduced 1/4 mix sugar & cardamom.

  4. 4

    When it thickened, turn off the gas.

  5. 5

    When cool. Make a paida with the help of palm

  6. 6

    Decorated with piatachips & saffron

  7. 7

    Our tasty, delicious peda is ready
