Cooking Instructions

Peel the cucumber,removed the seed with a teaspoon then cut into slices

Put the cucumber slices into a bowl add the onion,tomatoes,coriander,red and green chilies,lime juice,vegetable oil and chopped peanuts

Sprinkle in the ground spices and seasonings well,toss together

The only thing i do differently on the recipe is i use one large seedless cucumber, around 12" and omit the tomatoes. Very tasty side dish, enjoy!
