In a Microwave bowl, add sugar, cornflour, 1 1/3 cup water and food colour. Mix well.

Put it in the microwave High first for 3 minutes.

Remove it, mix it well, add the nuts and ghee.
It will be a semisolid mass already. - 4
Put back for another 3 minutes. Remove. Check. Some micro oven might take 1 minute or two more.if not ready, put back for a minute!

It took 6 minutes in my microwave !

Keep a greased thali or tray ready, spread it fast, because it's already thick.

Let it cool down, cut into pieces witha sharp knife!
