  • 1 cupdark muscovada
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1/4 cupcoconut milk
  • 2eggs
  • 11/2 tspcinnamon
  • 1 tspnutmeg
  • 1/2 cupraisins
  • 1/4 cupsesame seeds
  • I cup dessicatdd coconut
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 190 gbutter
  • 1 tspvanilla

    Pre-heat oven at 160 degrees

    Mix all the dry ingredients

    Add dry ingredients as you fold in two parts adding the remaining liquids.

    Bake at 160 degrees
