Need atta for parantha.rest for ten minutes

Take a bowl put Boiled Aaloo...and mash. Mix finally chopped onion

Add all another ingredients

Take a portion of atta and make a ball

Roll in round shape

Heat tava..put some ghee

Put parantha..on light flame of gass

Turn the side after golden brown

Add some ghee

Fry till dark brown

Serve hot with curd and butter
