Museli Cake(flourless)
Cooking Instructions

Take a deep vessel add one cup of museli.

Then take a microwave safe bowl and add 2 tbs of butter.

Next add honey.

Melt and mix well after mixing it will look like this. Keep aside.

Melt the chocolate either by double boiler method which is a vessel with water and one top another vessel with chocolate.. boil till it melts.. else keep in microwave and stir every thirty seconds to avoid burning. Note please add one tbs butter for glaze.. salted butter will enhance the taste.

Spread the chocolate in a silicon mould to dmould easily.

Now mix the butter honey mixture to Museli.

Spread on the chocolate in one layer.

Like this and freeze for ten min and the mould.

If silicon mould is plain then it will be plain and will come in different designs. Cut and serve.
