Ingredients

25-30 mins
4-6 servings
  1. For spring rolls
  2. 250 gramsAll purpose flour
  3. To tastesalt
  4. 50 gmsghee
  5. as neededLukewarm water for kneading
  6. For stuffing
  7. 250 gramschicken mince
  8. 1 tbspginger- garlic paste
  9. 1big onion sliced
  10. To tastesalt
  11. 2-3green chillies
  12. Handfulcoriander
  13. 1big onion chopped
  14. as neededFor frying oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients to make spring rolls.knead a semi stiff dough.

  2. 2

    For stuffing: Fry onions add ginger garlic paste then add salt,add red chilli powder then add chicken mince finally add water and allow the chicken to cook.

  3. 3

    Once the chicken is cooked add coriander leaves, chopped green chillies and chopped onions.

  4. 4

    Take a small lemon sized dough and roll like chapati,now add the chicken stuffing at the centre and roll giving a cylindrical shape.

  5. 5

    In another pan heat sufficient oil now fry the chicken samosa roll gradually until crisp and brown.You can serve it hot with any dips if your choice.
