Dal and rice Soaked separate 4-5 hour

Then grind that Soaked dal and rice add 1 tsp methi powder and rest for farmant over night

Now take a pan add jaggery and grated coconut, cardamom powder and mix well and saute 3-4 minutes

Now stuff mixture is ready

Then take idli maker add some water for steam idli

Grease the idli mold then put the idli batter half the mold and fill coconut mixture then idli batter

Lid the cover of idli maker and after 8-9 minutes our idli is ready

Then serve the idli with homemade mango jam, and chutney
