Peel off boiled potato and mash them

Mix all spices, green chillies and peas and make a dough

Make small balls of this dough

Take a bread slice, dip it into water and squeez between the palm

Put the ball of potato in bread slice

Roll it

Heat the oil in a pan and fry it until golden brown

Serve with onion slices and green sauce and tomato sauce
